Various plasmas generated after air ionization are accelerated under the action of a strong electric field and impact the surface of the film, causing chain molecules to break, generating free radicals and air corona products to undergo oxidation cross-chain reactions.

Due to the working principle and characteristics of the corona machine, it will produce high-concentration ozone. First of all, ozone is also a pollutant. Specifically, it has strong oxidizing properties, which can strengthen the surrounding objects, and when it reaches a certain concentration, it will cause harm to the human body. In some industry standards and occupational health exposure limits, there are corresponding and clear emission standards. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the ozone produced by the corona machine in order to avoid the impact on the human body and the surrounding environment.

In the face of corona ozone waste gas, the solution is to use an ozone decomposition catalyst to quickly reduce ozone to oxygen.
