Background of the project

With the continuous development of science and technology, ozone disinfection machines have been widely used in households, medical care, hotels, catering and other fields. However, a subsequent problem is the emission of ozone, which is a potential threat to the environment and human health.

Project purpose

Eliminate the ozone produced in the ozone disinfection machine.

Project implementation

MINSTRONG's XX ozone sterilizer, through the R&D collaboration of the project team, has carried out a complete process design and is equipped with an ozone decomposition catalyst specifically used in the ozone sterilizer. The catalyst uses a chemical synthesis method to produce active ingredients, and each process parameter of the synthesis reaction is precisely controlled. Alumina is used as a binder, with an active ingredient content of more than 85%. The powder does not contain a binder, and the active ingredient content is as high as 99% or more. The catalyst does not contain activated carbon, can withstand high temperatures when processing high concentrations of ozone, does not burn, is non-volatile, is safe to use, and does not cause secondary pollution.

Project result

On the ozone disinfection machine equipped with the MINSTRONG ozone decomposition catalyst, ozone emission standards have been successfully achieved. Effectively protect human health.
