Hydrogen Peroxide Decomposition Catalyst (MINSLITE-D) can decompose hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water with high efficiency. The catalyst adopts carrier-free molding process, which has the characteristics of high content and strong activity.

It can be used in various fields to produce oxygen from hydrogen peroxide, purify hydrogen peroxide vapor, and purify wastewater containing hydrogen peroxide.

For hydrogen peroxide vapor and hydrogen peroxide liquid, Minstrong have different catalyst for H2O2 decomposition.

Applications

  1. In many industries, hydrogen peroxide participates in reactions in vapor or aerosol form, and its exhaust gases must be treated.
  2. In the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry, high-concentration hydrogen peroxide vapor or a mixture with ozone is often used in the gas-phase cleaning, stripping, and chamber cleaning steps of chip production. The process exhaust gases must be treated using a dedicated catalytic decomposer.
  3. For hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization, the medical device and pharmaceutical industries use H₂O₂ vapor in a vacuum chamber for low-temperature sterilization. After the sterilization cycle, the residual H₂O₂ vapor in the chamber and vacuum lines must be rapidly and thoroughly decomposed.
  4. In advanced oxidation process exhaust gas treatment, when gas-phase hydrogen peroxide is used in combination with ultraviolet light or ozone to treat certain industrial waste gases, the exhaust gas after the reaction may contain unreacted H₂O₂. A catalytic decomposition section needs to be installed at the emission end to ensure its complete removal.
