Service Arrangement Notice for the 2026 Spring Festival Holiday

Dear customers and partners:

With the 2026 Spring Festival approaching, in accordance with the national holiday schedule and our company's actual operations, Minstrong hereby announces the following arrangements for logistics, sample delivery, and holiday time during the Spring Festival. Please plan accordingly:

1. Logistics Services will be suspended from February 9

2026 (the 22nd day of the 12th lunar month) to February 24, 2026 (the 8th day of the 1st lunar month). The cooperating logistics will suspend pick-up and delivery services and will resume normal operation on February 25, 2026 (the 9th day of the 1st lunar month).

2. Sample Shipment will be suspended from February 11

To ensure your samples can be sent out smoothly before the holiday, please be sure to submit and arrange your sample sending request before February 11, 2026 (the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month) . Sample requests submitted after this date will be processed after the holiday.

3. Our Holiday Time 

From February 12th (the 25th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 24th (the 8th day of the 1st lunar month) in 2026, and will officially resume work on February 25th (the 9th day of the 1st lunar month). During the holiday, staff will be on duty to handle emergencies. You can leave a message via email, and we will reply as soon as possible after the holiday.
