To enhance the safety awareness of all employees, improve their self-rescue and mutual-rescue capabilities in the face of emergencies and accidental injuries, and create a safe working atmosphere where "everyone understands first aid and everyone can perform first aid," Minstrong successfully held a specialized training session on emergency first aid theory and practice on September 2nd. This training session featured a senior lecturer from the Municipal Red Cross Society, and employees from all departments of the company actively participated.
First, solidify the foundation of first aid knowledge.
At the start of the training, the instructor used real-life cases and vivid explanations to clearly illustrate the importance of the "golden four minutes" in emergency first aid. The course content closely followed practical work and life scenarios, covering key knowledge points such as the core steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), first aid for airway obstruction (Heimlich maneuver), wound hemostasis and bandaging, and on-site treatment of common emergencies such as heatstroke and fainting. The instructor emphasized that correct first aid by the first responder is crucial in saving lives before professional rescue teams arrive. The trainees were fully focused, taking careful notes, and building a scientific emergency first aid knowledge system on a theoretical level.
Practical training is essential to mastering life-saving skills.

"What you learn from books is never enough; you must put it into practice to truly understand." The training session was lively during the hands-on practice sessions. Under the instructor's careful guidance, employees took turns going up to the stage to conduct simulated exercises using professional equipment.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulation: Trainees strictly followed the procedure of "assessing the environment, checking consciousness, calling for help, chest compressions, opening the airway, and artificial respiration" on mannequins, practicing repeatedly. The instructor provided one-on-one corrections on the pressure, frequency, and depth of the compressions to ensure that each trainee's movements were standard and accurate.
AED usage demonstration: The instructor explained the key points of AED operation in detail. "Listen to what it says and do what it says." The employees personally experienced the whole process of how to turn on the device, attach the electrode pads, and perform defibrillation, eliminating their unfamiliarity and fear of this "life-saving device".
Wound bandaging and Heimlich maneuver: The employees worked in pairs, taking on the roles of rescuer and injured person, to practice hemostasis and bandaging techniques for wounds in different locations, as well as the Heimlich maneuver for dealing with airway obstruction in adults and infants.
The entire hands-on process was highly interactive, allowing participants to learn while practicing and reinforce their knowledge, truly transforming theoretical knowledge into practical rescue skills.
Significant results achieved, jointly building a company safety barrier
After the training, participating employees generally reported that they had gained a great deal. One employee from a certain department said, "This training was very practical. I had only seen first aid on TV before, and it always felt very distant from my own experience. Through hands-on practice, I not only mastered the methods, but more importantly, I built the confidence to step forward and provide scientific rescue in times of crisis."
The company's management highly praised the training, stating, "Employees are the company's most valuable asset, and their health and safety are the cornerstone of the company's development. Organizing such training is an important manifestation of the company's fulfillment of its social responsibility and care for its employees. We hope that every employee can become a guardian of life and safety, capable of protecting themselves and helping others in critical moments."
The successful completion of this emergency first aid training not only significantly improved employees' emergency response capabilities and overall competence, but also created a robust safety net within the company, providing strong security for Minstrong 's continued stable development. In the future, the company will continue to conduct various safety education activities to deeply instill the concept of "safety first, prevention foremost" in everyone.
