Minstrong completed its production task in the hot summer

Recently, the persistent high temperatures have posed significant challenges to our production. To ensure employee health and production safety, Minstrong has proactively implemented measures. Starting in July, we rationally adjusted our workshop working hours, rescheduling production from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day to avoid the high temperatures and achieve staggered production.

Despite the scorching weather, our frontline workshop workers remained committed to their posts with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, overcoming challenges and devoting all their efforts to ensuring the smooth completion of production targets. Through the company's meticulous organization and the concerted efforts of our employees, catalyst production remained stable at 300 tons per month in July and August, fully demonstrating the efficiency and resilience of our production system and the tenacity of our employees.

Our management highly commends and sincerely thanks our workshop employees for their hard work during the scorching summer heat. We are also continuously implementing various heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, including providing ample supplies of cool drinks and anti-heat medications, and optimizing the production environment to ensure the physical and mental health of our employees.

In the future, Minstrong will continue to focus on employee welfare and production safety, adhere to scientific scheduling, ensure smooth and orderly production during the high temperature season, and provide customers with reliable catalyst and chemical material supply.
