The new type, environment-friendly, safe, efficient and economical ozone purification catalyst developed by Minstrong can be used for normal temperature or low temperature water treatment tail gas ozone, air ozone in confined space, electrostatic precipitator tail gas ozone, corona workshop ozone tail gas purification, ultraviolet disinfection ozone tail gas purification and catalytic decomposition of low-concentration ozone in the atmospheric environment, decompose ozone into oxygen under room temperature conditions of various humidity.

Technical features and parameters:

The technology involves a low-cost Mn-based series catalyst, which can decompose ozone into oxygen at room temperature or low temperature in contact with ozone-containing gas, and does not require light source and any other additional external Conditions, work at room temperature or low temperature, save energy, and the operating cost is almost zero.

Scope of application and effect:

The catalytic material can efficiently decompose ozone into oxygen at room temperature or even low temperature. This catalytic material can be pre-processed into various forms such as granules, columns, powders, honeycomb and modules according to different requirements. It is suitable for various places that need to decompose ozone with wide range of applications. It can be applied to water treatment ozone tail gas, corona workshop ozone tail gas purification, ultraviolet disinfection ozone tail gas purification, disinfection machines or disinfection cabinets, personal protective products, air purification equipment, high-altitude aircraft, building exterior surfaces or motor vehicle radiators, etc.

At present, Minstrong has four production lines with an annual output of 1,000 tons.
